“Problem with my incoming calls. Can't see the correct caller ID (number) shows random numbers and change for every incoming calls.
Lycamobile predents to work on it since One Month!
No feedback and bearly no follow up.

The first 2 months of service worked flawlessly. It was great service at a great price. I even recommended them to friends and family.
(Which they never gave me a promised credit for)
But now the services cuts out frequently and the speed, (when it does work) is horrendous.
Worse still, their service never worked for those I recommended it to. The company says it is because of a glitch in their system and have had my sister call back every 48 hours for over a week now!
I would strongly advice everyone to avoid lycamobile!”
“Terrible provider and regret that I used them. No signal after a day and when I went back to the store at 4pm, the guy was gone for the day and nobody else could help me. Ran out of data after two weeks and then it slowed terribly down. Not possible to get access to your data, so I can’t track how much I consumed.
Didn’t top up and went to another provider. Stay away from these scammers!”
“I hate lycamobile bcz the internet was slow a bit sometimes and I tried to fix LTE but it didn’t went well after 1 hour and their international call is bad than the Lebara international call and its way cheaper and much more better than lycamobile and in lycamobile it sucks to be honest and I found a YouTube video called What a scam lycamobile... and watch it and omg my screen got stuck and frozen and a minute later I was stuck and wth man I switched off and on and it worked after it and they do scams and I found a review on App Store and this guy said ‘’ I don’t like liars, cheaters and scams’’ when he wrote it on Lycamobile app and don’t go for it and here is the proof that I watched on YouTube. “Lycamobile is just the worst! How can I run out of data and not be able to renew when I need to? Literally leaving me stranded every bloody time! If people have been complaining about services provided and you aren't willing to make a change, then maybe close up already. Phone service itself is very poor in the USA and I missed many calls due to poor cell signal. The data access is also very limited and I had to search for public WiFi often just to connect. “I bought the SIM card in Italy and I could never get service in any other country. Because I am in Italy regularly, I kept it for 3 years, but I could only recharge it while in Italy for use in Italy, so it was not much help for my other locations. What's more, I could not recharge on the website no matter what country I was in. Multiple customer service chat agents couldn't figure out how to help me get my phone recharged or use it in another country. I am changing companies and will never use Lycamobile again.”
“I bought the SIMs card in Brazil to be delibere-se in Amsterdam. It never arrived. Then I bough another one in Amsterdam, but the internet never worked when I mostly needed it.”
“Location: Denmark. If I could give zero stars I would. Our SIM arrived, no number written on accompanying documentation, phone would not recognize it and we could not activate it. The helpline said for weeks that due to technical fault they could not help us. The website gave a support email but no one ever answered. There are no walk-in shops in Copenhagen. I am writing off the 24dkk I paid for the SIM since no one even answers.”

Then the customer service wouldnt give me a refund or the 10€ worth of data that i paid for, and the customer service lady was shouting at me constantly, i was trying to stay calm. The interenet stopped working 4 months into the sim card and they didnt rectify it. Kept me stalled for 2 months without internet. Then finally when I decided to move out they gave sucha hard time for refunding me the 6 months I had paid in advanced. Their call centers will give you very hard time. Wasted 3 hours everyday for 2 weeks straight to port out”
“I recharged my plan 30$.it was 50 G and unlimited call and text.but it it didnt work.after i called them many times and waiting on the phone finally they answered. Ans they charged me for topup while it was not topup because i got massage to recharge that and 28 days already passed. and they said just sorry and didnt correct that and 30 dollar for just 300 mb.very very bad costumer service.”
