“I love MM (personally), but the real benefit is when the whole team/company is using it .. and I'm struggling to get it 'over the line'. PLEASE, can you revert your minimum 5 licenses deal, I'm happy to pay for my own .. and only have this copy because of OASYS kindness since I'm trying to get it in to the company”

“In a team environment, it's very easy to find emails sent by anyone related to the project, since we file emails by project. This has saved us time because I can get whatever info I need without bothering anyone else.”

“We acquired mail manager prior to COVID and found it helped tremendously to organize our email tracking and filing. With the onset of COVID the higher volume of emails versus direct communications has skyrocketed so it has been a tremendous asset to us to ensure that we remain organized and manage our records for future reference.”

“product works well and as expected. implementation is a bit bumpy but everyone is getting it figured out. the initial team implementation via zoom was poorly executed and we were not aware of how it was to be done. I mentioned this to the sales team and they never responded.”

“Mail Manager helps us as a small practice ensure that each of the team can review correspondence progress. It is terrific to have a multi-layered search function to find key pieces of information. We welcome new updates on the programme as remote working and multiple devices are now part of all work practices. Thanks.”

“An easy mail management system with good search and retrieval facilities. Good and prompt response to the occasional issue - mainly related to releasing seats when shutting down and opening up on laptop. Does seem to fight with either Outlook or Norton in delaying upload of new emails, but as a sole practitioner I couldn't do without it.”

“Overall very pleased with the product, however we do sometimes have issues with users not being able to file emails correctly. Where problems arise the support has been quick and rectified any problems. overall would recomment”

“Very useful tool for storing and searching emails. We probably don't use all the functionality as much as we should as we haven't investigated much beyond the basics. Customer service has been very good.”

“Excellent tool, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to store and retrieve emails. It would be nice to have an option to select the project to file to and have mail manager fill in the subject line with the project reference.”

“The best mail management tool I had the chance to use in my career. Nice integration in Microsoft Outlook and simple to use. Hope there would be a "SIMPLE" direct way to purchase a single user licence online without all the process of sort of negociating the transaction by email. Fortunately, the team is surprisingly efficient and the process remains relatively simple.”

“We have adopted Mail Manager as our digital document platform.....its great apart from one thing......you don't have an IOS (apple) option which means it is not totally 10% usable across our network as some people use i pads and Macs. Do you have plans to add an IOS based version?”

“Very easier to use and straight forward software that helps to keep the number of emails in your inbox at a very low number. A drawback nonetheless, MM does not seem to keep up when filing a very large number of emails at once. I recommend it though!”

“There are plenty of so-called solutions that offer to make our lives easier, but which really only make them more complicated and sometimes more costly. Mail Manager is not one of them. Installation in fairly painless. It must be, becasue I managed it. In use, it is of low impact on the system and on my senses. The most appealing feature, for me, is that it puts my emails where I want, locally, filed in a way that suits me, so that I can move them and retrieve them as and when I need, without the need of other software or add-ons (apart from MS office, which is practically ubiquitous). I have rarely used customer support but, on the odd occasion, it has been prompt and effective.”
