Mail Manager makes it easy and quick to file emails, and to search for them later. We found it easy to set up and use, and very reliable.

Mail Manager has made if easy for any authorized individual in our company to search under key technical topics / key words and to easily identify who in our organization may have past relevant experience that can be applied to current projects. It's allowed us to instantly call up recent emails related to pressing issues to rapidly prepare for an unexpected meeting. It's radically reduced wasted time spent searching our email database, and increased accuracy and thoroughness of the results. It has dramatically reduced the amount of server storage space needed for email messages.

Very good product and as many have said a great way to enable easy email search for different projects when multiple people involved. Receptive to suggestions too.

Fast searches of thousands of messages! Great support! Improvements? Advanced search queries need to be surfaced in the user interface. Put the cursor in the filter locations box when the advanced filing dialog opens.

it generally enables me to find previous emails, but not always! one improvement would be the curser jumping to the filter locations box when I open the advanced filing screen

Easy to install and a useful tool to keep relevant emails with corresponding projects. User face seems a little outdated in appearance but this does not hinder functionality.

A really great software solution - we purchased this to replace the use of IMAP servers in order to archive email into cloud storage. As the member of staff responsible for training our users on using system, my one negative point is that because there's so much to the software (which is a positive point too!) it can become too complex for less IT literate users. My suggestion here would be to incorporate all different UI windows into one single one, perhaps with tabs or menu selection.

Intuitive to use, though only works if staff are collectively filing emails. If one person leaves the business and isn't regularly filing, ends up being a nightmare with thousands of unfiled emails. Really good system though and would recommend - just push the importance of the software to staff to drill filing into their heads!

It's a great software in the sense that it organises your email and moves them away from inbox to declutter it. Wish there was an easier way to file multiple emails at a time that would make it brilliant.

inmstills a good regime to deal with emails, which are often sent to multible colleagues, but flexible enough to be useful and not too intimidating to non-technical staff. Searching tools extensive, if you are familiar with constructing IT data queries Integration with Sharepoint adequate for now, bit of a steep learning curve. Implementation did all of the setup, but a prior Q&A on our methods and expectations would have been useful and avoided spur-of the moment decisions. If on a company network, ensure you have established email procedures, common standards and knowledge of hardware and on-site/cloud data storage, and prepare a careful and detailed brief before inviting MM implementation team to prepare network-wide installations. Bulk filing of existing email folder content worked well. Training, training and more training - it's easy to forget what has been set up and to miss using all the features available. Technical support good, remote help sometime proceeds a little too quickly to fully follow. Overall, good value after initial purchase
