“Generally a good tool for organising. A couple of improvements would be; a preview tool in the search function so you can see some of the contents of an email without needing to open it, once an email has been filed you can no longer use the Outlook recall function.”

“We'd be lost without Mail Manager! Once it's been installed, there is minimal training required - it's so intuitive that everyone uses it immediately, and understands and reaps the benefits instantly. The only improvement I can see - can there be a "Reply" function directly from the Search screen? Thanks Mail Manager!”

“MM has provided us a great way to store and retrieve emails. It allows all staff to access project emails. One minor issue is it does sometimes cause Outlook to hang or crash, particularly when trying to exit. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.”

“We are doing great. Mail Manager functions as expected. Comments: Immediately after filing it takes some time to recover the filed item (latency?) We would like to add comments and/or categories after filing.”

“Mail manager is very good, but when the search facility is used not all emails appear and often I still have to go to the route directory to find the email. Also you can only search jobs that you have recorded correspondence against not those of collegues”

“generally very good and reliable for the outlook desktop version. I don't know much about integration with Office 365. there is room for improvement. 1. save a single copy of emails copied to many. 2. add the ability to save attachments to designated project folders.”

“I have been using Mail Manager for over 3 years or so now and find it saves me time. We don't use the system to its full potential but are happy with the way we utilise it. In the last year we moved to a cloud based storage system, which is not entirely compatible with Mail Manager, and there have been a few glitches but generally these get sorted out. There have been many enhances to the system over the years which we haven't utilized that I feel I need to book onto a training course or demo session. The response from IT has always been good and I haven't been left without the system for too long. Communication regarding updates etc has also been very good. All in all, I wouldn't want to be without the system and find it very easy to use.”

“Mailmanager works great at filing and backing up emails, enabling quick search and retrieval of old emails. However, it does reduce the speed of outlook, both opening the program and sending emails, and sometimes it disappears for no apparent reason. Not a reason against using it, just a minor aggrievance. All together it's a very useful tool.”

“Long term user. Great search and filing options make finding old emails simple. Comment section good for shared mailboxes but its useability would be improved by including the Comment option in the right mouse button click menu.”

“Good customer service. Price vs return will be will be reviewed in few months when we get to use MM more. A much better and more efficient way of filing emails than we used previously.”
