“I found Mail Manager a number of years ago. As a small law firm in the U.S., Mail Manager enables me to access all emails in the firm's many cases, without regard as to which staff member sent or received the email. Mail Manager also easily archives the firm's emails - I can access client emails back to my initial purchase of Mail Manager in 2012. I always have instant access to the client email information. This is amazing software.”

“The tool is simple and easy to use. The benefits are very straightforward. Emails are captured in central locations where they are available for the business in the long term. The search screen far out performs Outlook and allows me to find emails sent to members of the team!”

“When first introduced to Mail Manager I was skeptical. I thought Mail Manager would add additional burden to our already taxed cloud hosted email service. The salesperson and I ran through a demonstration. Hmmmm. Is it really that easy? Is it really that quick? I needed an in-house proof of concept, so I requested and started a trial. I was involved with the setup process from the beginning. Mail Manager will work with one or thousands of storage folders based on your needs. You can use your in-house server or a cloud based solution. The solution is extremely flexible. The initial setup of Mail Manager was pointed to our local server just to see the if's and what's of the system. Once instantiated the filing and searching processes were straightforward. Before long our three office firm was filing email with speed and efficiency. I decided to move the storage location to a cloud hosted solution after seeing the initial benefit and ease of use of Mail Manager. The trial on our local server was quick and the trial on the hosted platform was surprisingly quick after the initial load in the client. Mail Manager verifies that the filing locations exist during load. No latency when loading local based storage locations. A little latency was introduced with the cloud hosted solution due to the speed of the internet connections and additional overhead associated with same. The support team was there for our utilization from the initial point of contact to the finalized installation. The personnel were always thoughtful, courteous, and knowledgeable. An enjoyable experience through and through. Mail Manager is a one stop shop for your email management needs. Very highly recommended.”

“I don't know how you could operate on multiple projects in a busy consultancy without it! Every email you need is a click away. When its time to archive a project all data is kept together, documents, drawings and emails. Would recommend Mail Manager without hesitation!”

“An excellent solution. It has allowed us to consolidate information back to projects over a period of 10 years. The Social mapping of project communications is very intuitive and we would love to see further development of this. Very stable and simple to deploy. Worthwhile for us as a small organisation.”

“This is a very good system for filing e-mails on a projectby project basis. It is integrated to oprate within MS Outlook and makes intelligent suggestions where each email should go - is mainly right, and if not, it's easy to redirect. It also allows you to create new Computer folders without leaving outlook and also prompts you to file every e-mail you send as you issue it, and has an easy search system. I have one roving licence so it works on any computer I am using. I have no hesitation in recommending this programe, it will save a huge amount of time!”
