“With Mail Manager I have moved approximately 320,000 emails out of my Microsoft Outlook into other cloud-hosted and larger capacity means of storage, and with its thorough Search Window function with progressive drill-down searching I can literally find any particular one of them. Outlook used to groan and crash under the strain of indexing and processing the emails I had stored in there, and now my 50 GB Outlook account is over two thirds empty. Mail Manager has also worked with my company to keep improving its functionality and has added compatibility with another software our company also runs on, Procore Construction Software. Thank you, Mail Manager, as we continue this journey together.”

“I had been looking for a way to locally save, file, and search archived emails for over 30 years! I had asked all associates and team members what they did, and most answered that they didn't file emails because it was too difficult. Finally found this in Mail Manager. Does almost everything I've wanted, but always room for improvement. Tech support has been quite responsive, though I just need to adjust for the worldwide time differences. It would be nice if support hours were lengthened. Great product and look for it to continue to improve.”

“We have approximately 75 users across 2 offices and have been using Mail Manager for well over 5 years, filing emails into well over 3000 different destinations across several servers. The search function is so much more intuitive when compared to the standard Outlook search and items can be found quickly and opened in the original email format complete with attachments. New features are added all the time and support has always been quick to respond, always with satisfactory results.”
