I had been looking for a way to locally save, file, and search archived emails for over 30 years! I had asked all associates and team members what they did, and most answered that they didn't file emails because it was too difficult. Finally found this in Mail Manager. Does almost everything I've wanted, but always room for improvement. Tech support has been quite responsive, though I just need to adjust for the worldwide time differences. It would be nice if support hours were lengthened. Great product and look for it to continue to improve.
