I found Mail Manager a number of years ago. As a small law firm in the U.S., Mail Manager enables me to access all emails in the firm's many cases, without regard as to which staff member sent or received the email. Mail Manager also easily archives the firm's emails - I can access client emails back to my initial purchase of Mail Manager in 2012. I always have instant access to the client email information. This is amazing software.
