“Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable which made buying a new refrigerator easy. I would recommend shopping at Mark's Appliance. Expected higher prices than big box stores but that wasn't true for the refrigerators that we looked at. Great place to shop and support local businesses.”

“I chose a local store over Costco for our new dishwasher as our recent washer & dryer install from Costco was a nightmare plus they would've delivered and installed on separate days and it was iffy if they would hardwired it. On the other hand, Mark's Appliance delivered and installed on the same day. The price of the dishwasher was similar but the delivery was higher but totally worth it as Mark put in an outlet under the sink for about $40. Buying online was a breeze, delivery was within a few business days, and the owner actually did the delivery & install the day before Thanksgiving. I would recommend Mark's Appliance and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Kevin Wallace is an asshole who is only interested in his sales commision. His personality & disposition are the worst for a sales person. I asked at the time of my purchase if the delivery & install were include in my price to which he replied yes. When I got home and viewed my invoice I discovered that I was charged an additional $190.00 for the srevice. There is no communication with him once he gets your money. The operating instructions for my washer & dryer are very vauge but, when I called him with questions he didnt have time to talk to me. I only went to Mark's for the personal service & proffesionalism but got neither. I will be purchasing a new refridgerator soon but, it will not be from Mark,s.”
