“I have only bought 1 handle (so far) but all 3 telephone conversations I have been helped and advised on every query. Everyone that answers the phone seems to know every product inside out & all have been friendly & professional. Delivery of product next morning before breakfast is unbelievably good. Totally recommend. Brillant.”

“I had been googling black metal door handles and was surprised to see how expensive they were. More handles' range was much, much cheaper but high quality and just what I was looking for. The parcel arrived the next day. No complaints at all - would recommend this company on the basis of my experience”

“I contacted More Handles regarding one of their products. I was very happy with the information they gave me. The product I bought at 4pm was delivered next day. When the product wasn't suitable for my door I returned it and was given a refund very quickly. I would recommend this company for their customer service”

“Extremely happy with the door handles I ordered. Initially I ordered them in a satin finish, but decided I would prefer chrome.The new handles were posted out straight away. I was able to return the satin handles via Fedex and received a refund very swiftly. Highly recommend.”

“Needed advice on possible replacement for a Weiser brand locking door knob set, helpful emails from customer service contact, slow but I put this down to home working/reduced staff due to lockdown restrictions. Website warned of possible delivery delays but ordered item was received in just a couple of days.”
