“Order black bold and thumb turn. Both arrived promptly and work OK. Thumb turn just a little fiddly to fit into the ratchet in the door but now works fine.”

“I ordered a pair of handles and then remembered I needed a robe hook to match. I ordered this separately, but got charged postage again. I sent them an e-mail pointing this out, not expecting them to do anything. They sent one back saying both items would be posted together and they would refund me one lot of postage. The items duly arrived in the same box the following day. Brilliant!”

“I had the wrong product delivered, sent an email and had a very quick reply to say my order would be sorted, the correct item came within a couple of days and i was told to keep or dispose of the wrongly delivered. What more could i ask for”

“Ordered just before lockdown, so there was some delays as manufacturing had shut down. Staff were very helpful, and informative, shipping part orders as stock came in. The handles we ordered were very high quality, albeit not expensive dive and have pride of place in our new kitchen. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.”

“The handles I ordered were out of stock and so I was offered a full refund or the opportunity to wait for more stock to arrive . I opted for the latter and my handles were sent to me sooner than I anticipated ...a very pleasant surprise . They are exactly what I wanted ....very sturdy and the perfect colour.”

“Best experience I have ever had with an online company. Easy to use website with a large range of products. Fast delivery and items well packaged. Unfortunately the items I ordered do not fit and I have had to return them but even this has not been a traumatic experience!!
