“Product quality is fine. But orderd brushed nickel ended with wrong order, to late as needed immediately, so now have polished nickel”

We unfortunately do not supply this product in Brushed Nickel this is only supplied in Polished Nickel. I understand getting a replacement item might not have worked within your time frame in this instance but going forward we do offer next working day delivery on a range of items and returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving the item.
