“The true 'old elegance' of the items is amazing ...! Really pleased to have found More Handles after several unsuccessful orders from other suppliers/ subsequent returns... photos might be deceiving, but not with this particular Company (they seem to know how to produce quality stuff ;)”

“After an initial hiccup which was a result of Royal Mail and a staff member who forgot to ring me back, Carl the account manager saved the day with excellent customer service. It was only a small order and he could have just brushed the problem aside but he didn't, he went out of his way to make sure I got the goods I needed. Thank you for going that extra mile.”

“Good experience. There was a delay to the promised 3-5 working days delivery schedule caused by a temporary supply issue from the manufacturers. After a phone call to More Handles, the problem was investigated in a timely manner, the delay explained and the re-scheduled delivery time achieved. I was kept informed throughout. Problems happen, it's how they are resolved that matters.”
