“Great service, quick international shipping. Only thing to note is little communication between order and shipping so you have to take on faith that it's headed your way. Did get info once it shipped.”

Donna, We appreciate you taking the time to respond to our survey, and I was sorry to see that you felt our service was only worthy of a 2 Star Review, we genuinely strive for a 5 Star Service for every customer. I'm glad to hear though that the customer service was good, but that the overall experience fell short due to damage. I looked into this and the replacement items were sent direct from the Manufacturer to try and make sure we had them out as soon as possible With this being the case i can only apologise that there weren't checked by the supplier before leaving. If you want these replaced then please just contact us and we are happy to look into getting these replaced again We are again sorry for the issues you've had with this order, but please contact us about the replacements or any other queries and we'll show you why our service is normally rated 5 star Regards Ryan Internal Sales Manager More Handles Ltd
