“Great handles Shame they didn’t come with enough screws to fit all handles. Ended up having to get more screws from screws fix. I was thinking of contacting seller but handles took over a week to arrive and just wanted to get the job done. Rather than wait another week for them to send enough screws. Probably wouldn’t order from them again”

Stephen, We appreciate you taking the time to respond to our survey, and I was sorry to see that you felt our service was only worthy of a 3 Star Review, we genuinely strive for a 5 Star Service for every customer. Looking at the order, the reason for the delay was due to the items you ordered being on a longer lead time as stated online. The fixing though is either supposed to come in the packaging of the item or in the outer packaging we ship the goods in. These are something we stock though so would have been able to ship them out straight away. I'm sorry though that they weren't there to start with If you do end up needing anything else then please contact myself directly and I’ll be happy to see what we can offer in the form of a discount.
