“Generally a good service but I ordered some handles, needed more and called to put on same order. There was no to talk to so I left a message as directed. No one called me back so I had to order again and pay for double postage. The second set have not turned up as now not in stock which is not a huge issue apart from the fact I had to email to be told this. Communication could definitely be better!”

“Ordered the door knob as a replacement for an old porcelain knob. All I hah to do was re drill 1 hole in the door and it fitted perfectly. It even came with the barrel ( which I wasn’t expecting tbh I haven’t replaced this) I will definitely be ordering more LOVE IT.”

“Great service from More Handles - items arrived much more quickly than expected. The A&W cupboard knobs are really excellent quality items - heavy and well made. Note that these are supplied with two different lengths of M4 handle screws which is not evident in the description.”

“Excellent customer service. I phoned to see if they had a modern shaker cup handle in stock and to check the finish. I received an email with photos, within 10 minutes! I had been unable to source this product anywhere else in the UK. I placed my order and my goods arrived less than 24 hours later. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again later in our project.”

“Really disappointed as we had to return the handles that we ordered,as they weren't suitable, to find that they were subsequently damaged in the post ( despite the fact that we packaged them in the same way that they had arrived)-and More Handles refused to refund the money that we had paid for them. We are therefore -with cost of postage and packing over £45.00 worse off. Won't be using this company again.”

Hi, We appreciate you taking the time to respond to our survey, and I was sorry to see that you felt our service was only worthy of a 1 Star Review, we genuinely strive for a 5 Star Service for every customer. I understand your frustrations that we haven't been able to refund you on this occasion. When the items arrived back we found that there wasn't sufficient packaging used as some of the items were out of the protective inner bags. With this being the case it is possible that due to the way the courier handles packages sometimes, the items have then knocked together with the box We never want to contact customer with these issues, but since they aren’t resalable we cannot process this return.
