“Great selection and the quality of the product itself is good. I bought chest handles and drawer pulls. Exactly what I wanted. Originally the screws supplied with the drawer pulls were of poor quality and did not match. I published a poor review. Customer Care (Rachael) followed up and ensured my complaint was dealt with very well. New screws were dispatched. Hence I've gone from an original 3* to 5* review.”
