“I made a phone call to confirm which accessories I needed to complete a house set of 13 doors, and received great advice on matching up parts - handles, locks, hinges and the latches and bolts. The prices are good, and delivery was spot on. The products were well packaged and in good order. I ordered the incorrect length of bolt to match the latch, but the process to replace them was good, and the parts sent out first class. The only criticism is that the fact that a mismatch of bolt to latch length was not picked up on the order and questioned.”

“I am editing this review to 5* now after MoreHandles replied to me about my faulty handles which I've had for over 3 years and they contacted the supplier and resent me some new ones to replace the faulty handles so I am very happy with the outcome and now fingers crossed that these replacements are good. Also their customer service was really good with special thanks to Rachael who was in constant contact with me. This is what customer service should be like.”

“Honestly can't fault them. The quality of the handles , hinges & locks are superb. Great value for money. I phoned for some advice etc and again very helpful staff. I got the look I was looking for , changing your doors and all the door furniture really makes a huge difference as I'm completely upgrading my new home. Delighted with my purchases thanks again Adam”
