“Yet again a company leads you to believe items are in stock and take your money give you a delivery date then after a few days tell you there is a problem with delivery on top of that when they were dispatched with DPD and instructed to leave delivery in my porch it was left in a random garage and a photo of my parcel sent to me in random garage. Thank you for your phone call today Paul and as you explained you are in the process of trying to alter your lead delivery times on your thousands of items, and obviously DPDs incompetence is out of your control and you are dealing with them and hopefully More Handles will up their game on replying to customers emails, once again thank you for your polite and helpful phone call today.”

“Not recommended, you'll be lucky to receive your order or even be contacted as to why you haven't. Then you'll be guilt tripped as to why it is actually all your fault and face an aggressive reaction if you complain. There are other suppliers who do not behave this.”

“I was initially dubious purchasing handles over the internet, but the experience was faultless. The website provided a good description along with appropriate sizes resulting in a perfect match for my requirements. Delivery was extremely efficient. Word of caution, I was upscaling existing doors and retaining existing sash locks as these were in good working order even after 35 years old. Unfortunately the spindles were too big, so i had to retain the existing spindles which i then needed to cut down to size to fit the new handles. The retaining screw on the new handles secured the smaller spindles to provide a secure fit, so problem resolved.”

“An excellent company, with great customer service. One of the boxes of handles came without fixings. I emailed customer services and within a day or so, I received a brand new pair pf handles with fixings from Carlisle Brass. They were brilliant too. No fuss, no quibble, just great service and products.”

“Order arrived on time and was well packaged. Unfortunately, when the door knobs were being fitted, one of the back plates was missing and the other cracked.There were also some missing screws. However, I got on to the customer services and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant girl who arranged for replacements to be send out 1st class. They arrived promptly the next day and I was delighted. Good service and the knobs are lovely. Well pleased.”
