“This company have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was kept up to date with my order/deliver time. Rachael the customer service manager delivered an excellent service. The door latches are just what I was looking for for my period property. Thank you.”

“I received 5 excellent cabinet knobs. Just as I'd requested. I chose one, received a return slip from More Handles the morning I requested it. I returned 4 knobs for a refund and ordered 37 of the ones I liked for my kitchen doors. I was refunded and my kitchen now has the handles it deserves. Perfect Service and everyone I spoke to could not have been more helpful or informed. Thank you.”

“I was pleased with the level of service received from Morehandles. I unfortunately had to return my purchase due to the colour of the product received not a good reflection matchin of that portrayed on website. (More Orange than yellow)☹️ However the refund was quick and dealt with efficiently. I would use their services again but was unable to find anything on this occasion that met with my colour scheme.”

“The handles we purchased were made to order and there was consequently a wait. More Handles kept us up to date about a slight delay at the manufacturer’s end and shipped the order on the promised day. The communication was excellent. The courier/import agent at our end in Australia was unfortunately not so good. We had to insist on talking to a supervisor in order for them to process the shipment and have it cleared by Customs. Once cleared it arrived quickly, but More Handles might wish to investigate a more reliable courier for this country. I’d have no hesitation recommending More Handles themselves, and the handles we purchased are beautiful.”
