“Very poor quality screws. First one broke half way through, second one bent in the first twist.”

“Handles were good, the colours of the screw didn't quite match the handles. Overall not an issue, but when fitting you notice the colour difference”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. Following on from our telephone conversation, I believe the issues came with the brand of the product and not the product itself. The brand supplied was Delta, which is a section of Zoo Hardware. The product supplied was the Zoo Hardware Project Tubular Latch however, this did contain Delta branding. “Very dissappointing company as i placed my order online and was charged for the goods and received an email to say the goods had been shipped. After waiting for another 3 days for the goods to arrive i phoned them to check the delievery date and was told these items were out of stock and hopefully due in after another week or so. Order then cancelled and refund requested but still waiting for this to be paid back into my bank account”

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. The goods ordered were due to be dispatched the next working day, and we received dispatch confirmation from the manufacturer to state they had been dispatched however, there was an issue dispatching the items, which caused the delay. This issue was taking a few days to resolve, which caused the further delay. I can only apologise for the missed communication on this occasion. Once a refund was requested, it was processed however, it can take 3-5 working days to be returned. Sorry regarding the issues with this order.
