“So many to choose from and with various measurements, I called them and was guided to the handles I needed. Spot on, except I had to cut the screws/bolts a little shorter than those provided. Delivered as promised. Would recommend.”

“I was disappointed that I was not given instruction on how I could track my order by More Handles. I emailed More Handles and although I was given details of when the parcel was due for delivery I was still not shown how to access that information independently. I understand that this can be accessed through an account, but I don't remember setting up an account or password, so was not able to get into this. I asked about my account and no information was forthccoming. Not helpful. Apart from that the service was fine from More Handles and the locks were delivered at the time suggested. I think it is a shame that you cannot pick a time and date that is convenient after ordering the item as you can with other couriers.”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review, we appreciate the feedback. Once the parcel was dispatched from ourselves you should have had a DPD notification. We spoke the morning of delivery over email where a tracking number and delivery time was provided. I can only apologise if following this you were unable to track the parcel, if you are having difficulties tracking parcels going forward if you give us a call following the dispatch of an item, we would be happy to help. We can set up an online account for yourself but once the order has been processed, the order cannot be reallocated to that account if the order was checked out as a guest. Unfortunately, we only know the time of delivery on the day of delivery and this cannot be control to a selected time. We can do Pre 12am and pre 10am delivery but this comes at an additional cost.
