“Very nice people on the phone and helpful. Website was easy first time I ordered but next time I ordered I found it difficult to navigate because first it didn't recognise my email then it said I was already registered with my email. I ordered by phone instead. A lot less hassle. Very happy with the unfinished brass cupboard handles. Had to pay for delivery which I don't like doing but couldn't find a shop selling these items.”

“The quality of the handles is fine. There was a little delay in delivery as they weren't in stock, it would have been 5 stars, if I had been kept informed along the way. I would certainly recommend the company though.”

“No problems, handles look great and are easy to fix in place, was kept up to date regarding delivery and have since ordered again. Lost one star because delivery is a bit steep if you're only ordering one or two but works out well if you're getting multiples.”
