“i had brought some handles a few months ago but could not remember what they were called.i phoned company and they found my order on their system and were able to tell me what i needed.I was very impressed with their service 10/10”

“After ordering two sample knobs to see if they would be ok I received an email saying they were out of stock, they arrived a couple of weeks later and we liked them so I immediately ordered the number required...a week later I received an email saying that they had most of the order but some items were out of stock but that they would send what they had if required. I called and said that yes I would like them sent out as we had someone waiting to fit them. They arrived the next day and all the items were in the package. Love the items we ordered just a little frustrating having to wait for stock.”

“We are getting a new front door fitted that has gold coloured furniture so I was after a similarly coloured bell push. However, I wanted a modern design and morehandles was the only place I could source what I wanted. Reasonable price, delivery OK and will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.”

“Ordering ironmongery for a building project (but not knowing anything about the trade) I phoned morehandles after looking at its website, but not really knowing what I was doing. They were very patient and helpful, and I am very pleased with the door knobs and latches that subsequently arrived. Thank -you!”

“Asked about most suitable latch prior to ordering, and got a response next day which didn't even recommend the most expensive option. Handles, locks, and latches arrived within a week, and seem like very decent quality, looks and feel definitely doesn't disappoint. Even came with both rounded and edged fitting, so can choose what best matches our doors and decoration.”

“Ordered 1st August delivery date shown as 3rd on invoice but did not turn up until 12th August then left on the doorstep. I realise that its the delivery company and not More Handles but I was in a bit of a rush for them so delayed fitting of units. Apart from that pleased with what I brought and happy to have done business with them and would use them again.”

“Extensive range very well displayed enables easy and confident ordering. The comprehensive dimensions quoted were appreciated. Ordering was easy. PayPal is accepted. Delivery was very quick. The quality of the Ludlow Range of door furniture was impressive for the price. The items I ordered were shown as being In Stock. However, they don't hold stocks of everything and this is clearly stated on the website. It all worked perfectly for me.”
