“We ordered some beautiful glass/crystal handles. One of them had a problem as the screw broke inside it. We sent a photo and asked for a replacement which arrived very quickly. Both the product and the service was very good.”

“Having ordered two rim latches and five sets of rim lock knobs, the order arrived very promptly and well packed. Unfortunately two sets of door knobs were wrong, after waiting over the weekend I phoned More Handles first thing Monday morning. I had a return label emailed tome almost immediately and the correct door knobs next day. Very pleased, excellent service we will not hesitate to use More Handles again when we want locks and door knobs. Thank you.”

“Best experience I have ever had with an online company. Easy to use website with a large range of products. Fast delivery and items well packaged. “Just had an extension done so needed to match new handles to the existing ones. Found almost identical handles on More Handles website (bearing in mind I’d bought existing handles about 8/9 years ago). Reasonably priced, p&p free, if I remember correctly, and they arrived in just a few days in sturdy packaging.”
