Mark, I'm sorry to hear you feel our service was only warrant of a 3 star rating. More handles always strive for a 5 Star service. From this review though it looks more like a product review. The screws supplier are just the ones the manufacturer sends with the items. With the comments you've made though, I’ve passed this onto the manufacturer of the goods to make them aware.
