Support 86 ended my chat and was replaced by support 203. They told me to wait 15 minutes for the code, but nothing happened. I stayed online for 40 minutes due to support 203.
Then, I was transferred to support 101, who also told me to wait. I stayed active on the website for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but nothing happened. Finally, my order was canceled by support 101 with a claim of an incorrect username and password. However, I was able to log in with the details I provided, proving they were correct.
In conclusion, MTCGame's support has wasted almost 3 days of my time.”

It's as if 5 euros were missing from this code. Now when I try to top up my eCoin 4k account to receive the EUR 25 amount that I paid on MTCGame - it looks like there are no funds in the code I received.
