“I was scammed by this site for 5 euros. I purchased a premium currency top-up code. The code was worth 20 euros, and I paid 25 euros - even though the declared value of the code on the website was 25 euros. Somehow no one from Support can help. I send a ticket - they send me to the live chat and tell me to write a ticket there. According to the response from the site's support, I contacted Cabal support who stated that the code I purchased was only worth 20 euros and not 25 euros. Therefore, please send me the code 5 euros - 4000 eCoin for the Cabal Online game. Below I am attaching the content of report 215615 and screenshots. On April 12, 2024, I bought a code for 20,000. eCoins in MTCGAME. I received a code and when I try to make a payment using this code using the eCoin 25 euro - 20 thousand option, the message appears: "A valid payment amount is required to complete this transaction. Please make sure you have entered the correct details and try again. Otherwise, please contact our customer service for further assistance at help.xsolla.com. Error 1203". When I tried to solve this problem - I am sure that I choose the right website and the right payment. I restarted my computer and cleared my browser cache files. Solving the problem, I used the code and topped up my account with eCoin worth 16,000, which costs 20 euros. But it's still not 25 euros. And on the MTCGame website I paid 25 euros. It's as if 5 euros were missing from this code. Now when I try to top up my eCoin 4k account to receive the EUR 25 amount that I paid on MTCGame - it looks like there are no funds in the code I received. I contacted MTCGame support and they said it was your fault. I am attaching screenshots.”

They claim "instant delivery" yet the codes took an hour to get delivered which is why I started a chat. They claim "24/7 support" but I was sat there for a good 15 minutes before I got someone and "100% safety guarantee" yet they scammed me with a fake code and refused to give me a new one while they were literally chatting with me as the codes were finally delivered. Then when I threatened them with a lawsuit and posted a 1 star review after several days I magically got the code. But my time was wasted and I will never get this back.
CONCLUSION; I was scammed out of my time and mentally drained and will never be a return customer
It was only after my 1 star review on trustpilot I got my key. And now many months later in december suddenly they threaten to remove my review because they suspect it is fake yet here is EVIDENCE of them mentioning the review as the reason for my key.”

The code did not match any PlayStation gift card formats and they sent me around in circles between their ‘admin’ ticket raising and whatsapp contact channel. They admitted the code was not correct but unless I followed their policies to their ever extending list of requirements they would not sort. “MTC game is one of the worst site I have come across. I was charged,then asked to verify phone number. Why wasn't I asked to verify my phone number before charging me? I wanted to aske for a refund, then I noticed I couldn't get a refund because the terms and conditions says I cannot request a refund, meanwhile there was a refund check box just after the terms and conditions check box. Why put a refund check if the terms and conditions states that customers cannot use the refund service. Clearly because they want to deceive innocent buyers into falling prey.
I decided to verify the number, but till date I still haven't received any SMS verification code. I have tried multiple times but nothing was sent on each occasion, and worse of all, there is a 30min interval in requesting for a new code, a way to make the victim loose interest in trying to verify his phone number. They just paid alot of fools to say good stuff about them so they can scam people.
Stay clear of that site, I wonder why Google still harbor it on their search result.”
“They have the regular shopping website until the point when you make the payment. After the payment is made they show a message like 'you will receive an email with your code'.
Instead you receive an email like 'you reached stage 2 where you must confirm your phone number and send a picture of yourself containing your bank card and your ID and a paper where you write I bought from MTCGame and your email and other' (for future company advertisement or what?). This you find out after you pay already, there is no mention before that anywhere on the website or in terms and condition or whatever. If you don't do that then you get nothing. They have customer service which will tell you send those documents and selfie or else you get nothing. I have seen other reviews some people sent them and then they got ghosted by the customer service instead of getting anything, including no refund.
So if you want to let your ID documents together with your bank card and your email, selfie and phone number to roam freely on the internet, one way would be to make a payment first to MTCGame. But even after you do that, you may find out you reached stage 3 of the requirements, where they ask you to do more things, since they won't tell anything from the beginning. No, first you put items in the basket and pay thinking that's it, same like everywhere else on the internet like Amazon and such. Only after they present you with the surprise that you only done stage 1 needed for the transaction out of who knows how many.
If you read this, hopefully is before doing any payment there. Stay away from those thieves my brother. If you already made the payment and then they hit you with no delivery until we get your everything and still not give you what you paid for, immediately call your bank to block or reverse the payment since the seller did not did his part after taking your money.
Hopefully when too many people complain to banks and ask to reverse transactions they will ghost the company or make some warning system when do.eone tries to make payments there in the future.”
“I bought EA SPORTS™ FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S (pre-order) at this store in day 17/08/2022, for 73,48€, and when i and when I asked them via whatsapp when I was going to receive the game key, and if I was going to get all the limited edition bonuses for having ordered the game before August 21st, they first told me that I only received the key on September 30th, and after that there would be no bonus, because it was the normal edition. I was upset, because I bought the ultimate edition and was going to receive the normal one. So I asked them to cancel the purchase of the game, and give me the money back.
They said yes, and that they had already made the return and would have the money back within 10 working days.
Today is September 21st, more than a month has passed, and I still haven't received my money back.
When I contact them by whatsapp every day I have to tell the whole story again, and they always make up some excuse, that the refund had already been made, and to talk to my bank. I spoke to my bank and of course they told me they didn't have any information about it, just that nothing had reached my account. Today they told me that there was nothing else they could do, and that the only thing I could do was talk to my bank. I have all the whatsapp chat with MTCGame since the first day, saved in pdf as proof.
As a last resort, I even asked them that since they couldn't return the money to my bank account, so that they could credit it to my MTCgame wallet so that I could at least buy something else there, their answer was negative. I was scammed and I hope this report prevents anyone else from being scammed by this store.”
