So if you want to let your ID documents together with your bank card and your email, selfie and phone number to roam freely on the internet, one way would be to make a payment first to MTCGame. But even after you do that, you may find out you reached stage 3 of the requirements, where they ask you to do more things, since they won't tell anything from the beginning.
