“I have received my prescription after 3 months rest due to rising costs. However this time I feel that something isn’t right. the medication seems to be less effective, for example I was so symptomatic on 0.5mg semaglutide, I needed antiemetics and lactulose, which I took as a nurse. This time around I have no symptoms at all, no reduction in appetite, so I do wonder if the dosage is diluted, due to shortages”
