“I decided to go with my BMI because of the great price for the starter kit, However, I am over the moon with the customer service, the speed of response and delivery of my injections. I am only on week 2 of treatment, so haven’t really begun my weight loss journey, so can’t comment on how effective it is, but I would highly recommend myBMI and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. “Adviser forgot to order my tablets so delay in receiving them, even more so as I had to go to the post office to collect, I’m sure they could fit in envelope size packaging. Still figuring out how it all works as it says I started the programme in November yet only started today when I got the tablets. Let’s hope the results are better than the service I’ve had so far”

“Really happy with the service. Good questionnaires to assess suitability and follow-ups are quick, relevant and safe. I felt supported and encouraged by the team. Delivery of the medication is generally next day! When I wanted to delay it to a better day because I was away, they organised that too. The treatment is working really well for me and so glad I made this decision and that I used myBMI. Expensive but worth it.”
