Easy to order online - However trying to get my order delivered has been a constant nightmare They remove the Business name part on the delivery address every single time and it gets delivered to random companies on an industrial estate or returned back to them have complained about this so many times and they still continue to do it and it can days to track down where my item is and when I ring up to inform them it’s missing AGAIN I get the same reply we will tell the pharmacy - well people the pharmacy are clearly not listening !! This time the company it was delivered to opened it and put it somewhere for days and this is medication that is meant to be store on the fridge - so will it now be any good who know we’re BMI bothered as they already have my money not at all they are just going to tell the pharmacy ……….

Poor service. Originally given wrong advice about payment. Then an error was made which resulted in my purchase not being actioned.

I started this treatment on 22.04.22, had a look on BMI website for guidance on recipes, support etc. I posted a message, reported that I was having no effects as yet, and asked for guidance where to look on the BMI site for support and guidance, as we all know that its not just down to medication, even Saxenda offer online coaching etc. I was not rude or derogatory, just asking for guidance, yet my post was declined, please can you advise as to why?

I am disappointed that I have had no response for my 2 requests asking if I am presently completing my Saxenda 3.0 if it is correct to progress to 7mg daily dose orally. I am travelling from 20th April and can not carry injections to be kept cool, so I have chosen oral tablets

Adviser forgot to order my tablets so delay in receiving them, even more so as I had to go to the post office to collect, I’m sure they could fit in envelope size packaging. Still figuring out how it all works as it says I started the programme in November yet only started today when I got the tablets. Let’s hope the results are better than the service I’ve had so far

You sent my products to the wrong address! I made sure my home address was the chosen one but you sent it to my work address and I’m worried about how long it was out of the fridge.
