“Took 6 days to arrive but new year holidays were in the middle, would be good if full instructions of how to use the pen were enclosed for new users as I didn’t have a clue and had to email for directions , 2 days after first 0.25 injection and so far no side effects”

“I had previously done some research into the product and made a decision to go ahead with the treatment. The consultation was simple and straightforward and I received a positive result in terms of being accepted. The product arrived within 48 hours. Too early to discuss the effectiveness of the product, but so far, I have not noticed any adverse side effects.”

“I decided to go with my BMI because of the great price for the starter kit, However, I am over the moon with the customer service, the speed of response and delivery of my injections. I am only on week 2 of treatment, so haven’t really begun my weight loss journey, so can’t comment on how effective it is, but I would highly recommend myBMI and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. “Really happy with the service. Good questionnaires to assess suitability and follow-ups are quick, relevant and safe. I felt supported and encouraged by the team. Delivery of the medication is generally next day! When I wanted to delay it to a better day because I was away, they organised that too. The treatment is working really well for me and so glad I made this decision and that I used myBMI. Expensive but worth it.”
