I find the program is great in every way The design, starting with the initial talk with Adam, the videos, the thoughtful emails and all the other details constantly build on and reinforce the philosophy. This is not hype. They are honest about the way people change and the time it takes. And the personal relationship with my coach for accountability, information and encouragement makes the program unique and successful. I would recommend this to anyone ready to tackle her/his relationship to her body.

MyBodyTutor has been so impactful in just 1 month that my wife also wanted to sign up and did. I was certainly a skeptic as there were things I didn't think I could cut back on. I went in thinking I'll give it a shot but doubt it will work. It's working and I plan to continue. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I really didn’t think I would be able to keep a daily log. I absolutely hate tracking. But the app makes it very easy and the accountability of having a daily coach makes a big difference too.

Can't recommend MyBodyTutor enough. I thought losing weight was going to be a long arduous journey but 7 months later I can say that I did it, and it didn't even hurt! All it took was a few small adjustments and I can proudly say the weight is still coming off and I'm not even thinking about it anymore. Where not once did I use MyFitnessPal or use a food scale. So, if you're intimidated by the fit-fluencers on the internet as I was, I can tell you there is an easier way.

I've always been very active and have exercised regularly. My diet & nutrition, on the other hand, was lacking direction and purpose. My nutrition was neglected for a long time. Before I started MyBodyTutor, I was months away from turning 40 years old. I wasn't sure if my healthiest days were now behind me. My inconsistent diet and lack of knowledge about nutrition had me doubting whether I'd ever be as healthy and fit looking as I was in my 20s. I needed to prove to myself that my mind still had control over my body. I wasn't sure if my busy work and family life would allow me to have time for the program. Prior to starting the program, my meals were always on the go and rushed. Meal planning, logging all of my meals, and being disciplined every time I ate sounded somewhat unrealistic. I wanted to learn about good nutrition and eating with purpose. I had no idea about macros, what good carbs were, or how nutrition could support my workouts. I wanted to combine my exercise routine with an informed, consistent eating lifestyle to become the healthiest I'd ever been. Weight loss wasn't a goal of mine when I started. I was 6'1" and weighed 189 lbs. I'm now 169 lbs—I lost 20 lbs. All of my meals now have a purpose. I now know how to portion a plate. When I should eat carbs and how much protein my diet should include is no longer a mystery. I lost 20 lbs just by implementing a sustainable, nutritious diet into my life. My focus and energy levels are also the best I've ever experienced in my life. The daily logging of meals and exercise really holds you accountable to meeting your goals. I feel like the daily habits that I formed in this program will stay with me for the rest of my life. This isn't like a diet where it ends at a certain point. This is a lifestyle upgrade that you take with you for the rest of your life. Committing to MyBodyTutor sounds intimidating at first. Just take it a day at a time, a meal at a time, and the good habits begin to compound. Eventually, it gets easier. Also, this is money that you're investing in your health—both physical and mental. I never regret investing in my health. This program has been a major life improvement for me. MyBodyTutor has been AMAZING to work with and has changed my life in such a positive way. I get a little emotional thinking about these last 6 months and how much you've taught me.

I feel so fortunate that I found My Body Tutor. Daily accountability is working so well for me. I committed to myself that I would be 100% honest. So at first I would think if I wanted to eat something enough to want to write it down and that really helped. But it's gone beyond that. My coach,Micki, is absolutely amazing. When we discuss the challenges that I have coming up she comes up with so many wonderful suggestions and ways for me to figure out how to make something work that nothing feels like a challenge anymore. Plus if I happen to have eaten something that maybe I didn't feel 100% good about, as soon as I write it down or tell her, it's over and I can move on. Because my plan is based on me, my likes, and my lifestyle it's very easy to stick with. And being honest with any challenges takes the power away from those challenges. My Body Tutor is really working for me and I highly recommend it.

MyBodyTutor is an awesome product. I lost 20 pounds during the experience. My tutor was super knowledgeable, and without the accountability I would have had a very hard time doing it on my own.

I wasn't good at keeping my own commitments. I was missing prolonged consistency and proper planning. So when I heard about the program from Brandon Turner and Sam Parr, I joined. Once I had outside accountability, it made me see the benefits of keeping my commitments, sticking to my plan, and earning trust with myself. I started out with the goal of getting to 185, and now I'm at 183. I did the program for about 7 months, and I feel I'm ready to try life without my coach. I'm excited to re-engage with my coach a couple of times per year to make sure I'm on track. There's no specific diet that you have to stick to, which really simplifies things. The reality is that, for the most part, we know what to do, but we just don't execute, which is why outside accountability is so important. If you're not sure whether or not to join, I'd say give it a try for 3 months and see what happens.

I struggled with emotional eating. I tried "food only" diets. And what I lacked was daily accountability and personalized support from a knowledgeable coach who got to know me as an individual. When my friend Lyman told me about MyBodyTutor, I was hoping to lose weight and permanently change my relationship with food for the better. I was hesitant about the cost of the program, but daily accountability with my amazing coach was game-changing. I lost nearly 25 pounds! Kristen was so supportive and helpful throughout my journey. She understood me as a person and helped identify patterns in my eating habits that I hadn't previously considered. Her insights and advice were critical to my success. Accountability and the close relationship with my coach were key to better understanding and improving my relationship with food. Your health is worth the investment of joining this program.

I literally can't think of a way to improve this program. My coach, Annette, is amazing. She has encouraged me and kept me focused on the goal and understanding success. I'm really understanding that this is a life change and new mindset and not a diet to get to my goal. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

After years of short-term and unsuccessful dieting (Thin Forever, Optifast, Medifast, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, and others) I accidentally discovered MBT online. All of the plans I had previously tried involved some form of deprivation--eating only certain prescribed or prepared frozen foods, limiting calories and/or excessive exercising, etc. MBT taught me to pay attention to the emotions, thoughts and stress levels that caused me to overeat. No foods were taboo. And the approach to exercise was handled in a way that made it appealing, and even fun! The daily support I received from my tutor always left me feeling hopeful, normal and motivated to keep going. Any bit of shame got eradicated by the feedback I received. I felt seen and understood. The videos were also helpful, as were Adam's thoughts for the day. Learning to plan for the day's meals helped, too. I'm back into jeans now, after about three years of wearing elastic-waist pants. Planning for things to do in my life besides food and movement, and being specific with gratitude made me pay more attention to where I focused my time and energy. It's a whole-person, well-designed program.

I’ve struggled with emotional eating for many years. I tried every diet known to man. Recently spent thousands on a personal trainer and tracked macros for over a year. I lost weight, but it was too restrictive to last. I eventually fell back into emotional eating. Then, I heard about My Body Tutor. This program gets to the root of the problem. I’ve been on the program a month now. Other than the fact I’m already down 5 lbs, I feel mentally healthy. What blessing this program has been. I highly recommend My Body Tutor!

Thank you Adam and Shannon at MyBodyTutor for helping me develop better habits! Before starting with MyBodyTutor, I was impulsive with my eating habits. I tried every diet in the book, yet just couldn’t lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle. I lost hope and was ready to just accept my unhealthy lifestyle. After working with MyBodyTutor, I am now able to recognize when I’m actually hungry or when I need water. I developed life long habits that allow me to eat desserts instead of just depriving myself of any good foods. I now can eat healthy throughout the week and treat myself to a less than healthy meal without feeling guilty. Sole has been amazing, offering me advice on everything from psychology to nutrition to exercise to relationship dynamics, and how to navigate my health with major stressors. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I'm really pleased with the support I am getting. I have been with MyBodyTutor for almost a month. I was hopeful at the beginning. Now I am feeling confident about the track I am on and starting to share it with others. I am so impressed with the care and concern Adam has taken to help me. I was hopeful that I would succeed when I read about MyBodyTutor. They actually do what they say. The feedback from a real person every day has made all the difference for me.
