It’s been a really long time since I’ve seen the scale dip below the 170 mark, and I'm super stoked. Since the day I started MyBodyTutor two months ago, I've lost close to 14 pounds. While some of that weight was water and bloat shed during the first week, the overall result is a huge accomplishment, something I wasn't able to achieve on my own. Prior to finding MyBodyTutor, I wasn't able to do the following: 1) Go without alcohol for more than a day or two. 2) View food as a fuel source versus a form of comfort. Don’t get me wrong, I still find tasty meals comforting; however, I now know what to include in each meal so that it nourishes me both mentally and physically. 3) Be allowed to eat carbs again. Goodbye, restrictive diets that ban entire food groups. 4) Appreciate exercise and the way it makes me feel afterward. While I yearn for the day when I actually look forward to working out, each morning I wake up determined and committed to completing my activity goals. I am amazed by the difference in my energy/focus levels throughout the day post-workout. 5) Feel less repulsed by my reflection in the mirror. Can’t wait for the day I truly like what I see, but we’re getting there, little by little. 6) Enjoy the taste of whole foods while having fewer cravings for junk food. I found MyBodyTutor from a google search. I was sick and tired of trying to take charge of my health and failing. I compared MBT to other programs and the price seemed fair and I loved that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. The great news is that before the 30 days was over I was hooked. I loved the personal approach to MBT. I loved that they went to the work of matching me with a coach who was a good fit. Cheryl was a perfect fit! She is the perfect blend for me: she has so much knowledge about health and nutrition, she is an excellent teacher, she asks the right questions to steer me towards making better choices, and she holds me to my commitments. My goal was to bring my best self to my 25th anniversary trip. MBT helped me with that. In 4 months I lost the 12 pounds I was working towards losing. But I gained so much more. I gained the power to pause before I make an eating decision, I gained curiosity about what things make my body feel better, I gained confidence in trying new exercises, I gained knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. I gained confidence that I can continue on this path with all the tools they set me up with. So, a huge thanks to the MBT team, and especially Cheryl who helped empower me along this journey.

This has been an awesome experience. Emily is wonderful and gives great support and sound advice. I like watching the videos too! I really cannot think of anything to make the program better - you've got everything covered. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I've tried all sorts of things to lose weight, from every weird diet to pills to Nutrisystem—you name it. It was a constant struggle with weight and what to do. That all changed when I went online and found MyBodyTutor. I wondered, "Would this one be different?" It turns out that having a coach and a new philosophy was exactly what I needed. What I really like about them is they focus on your belief system and go for a long-term solution, not rapid, unsustainable weight loss. I've already lost 25 pounds, and I'm still going strong. Not sure if you should give it a try? Don't worry about failure; I say look forward to success!

MyBodyTutor is the best weight loss/fitness program I have ever used. The personal coaching and resulting accountability is amazing and produces great results. While I thought (at 55) I knew it all when it comes to eating healthy and exercising, I learned a lot -- not only about portion control and picking the right foods, but the importance of getting sleep, reducing stress, and drinking water. And, perhaps most importantly, I learned to recognize fullness and embrace mild discomfort. I’m down 15 pounds and feeling great. Highly recommend!

MyBodyTutor helped me get my stride back. After recovering from a severe injury, I slowly relearned how to walk, climb stairs, and jump. Though I was healing nicely my body was changing in ways I hadn't dealt with before. I came to MyBodyTutor needing help to restore what I had lost. Over the course of 9 months I'm happy to say I developed better eating habits, sustainable lifestyle choices, and cultivated a healthier relationship with food. I not only felt my body change but my outlook as well. Heather, my everlasting cheerleader, gave me the tools to venture out on my own and I'm so glad I did the daily calls with her. Accountability is everything and I couldn't have done it without the team at MyBodyTutor. Thank you for everything.

Before MyBodyTutor, I knew that one of my keys to losing weight was having a routine with structure around it, and including exercise or being active as part of it. I would stick with my routine successfully for a while, but eventually, either a life event or schedule change would come along. Instead of adapting, I would stop. I knew this cycle had happened repeatedly, but I didn’t know what to do about it or how to change it. With MyBodyTutor, I had my coach by my side every step of the way as I changed not just my body but my entire life. My coach encouraged me, guided me, and held me accountable each and every day. Having a coach to provide support through challenges and help celebrate the countless small wins, was a complete game changer! Working with my coach, I learned to let go of guilt, restriction, force, willpower, counting calories, and the endless "food rules." Instead, through mindfulness and self-reflection, I learned to listen to and trust my body’s hunger and fullness cues – to eat when I was hungry and not eat when I was not. It was an entirely new way of approaching food, and as a result, I created the more harmonious, balanced, and joyful relationship with food that I’d always wanted. MyBodyTutor is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

In the past, I would try to 'eat healthy' for a week or two, but I was never able to have consistent results, so I would go back to my old habits. For me, it was not really making the commitment to the changes that needed to be made. When I found MyBodyTutor, I hoped they could help me achieve my target weight and keep it off. Since then, I've lost 20 pounds. The program is solid but simple, and the coach's accountability and success in helping people make the changes they need for long-term results made it even better. I can't say enough how much I appreciate my coach, Emily. She kept me on track and pushed me to make the changes necessary to become a habit. I now find myself making the right decisions almost on autopilot.

I've gotten in good shape before, through eating less and doing more activity. What was missing for me was the consistency. I'd get in good shape, but then lose a lot of my progress. When I heard about the program on the My First Million (MFM) podcast, my goal was to get in good shape and find a strategy to stay in shape, especially being able to become more consistent and keep it up while other stuff comes up in life so that getting in shape is not really a priority. I got into way better shape than I ever thought I could. I was in good shape before, but never got to have visible abs all the time. Also, I now have a clear strategy and plan to keep things up while traveling and while having a normal life. I still have some weight fluctuation, but I'm very aware of what's happening and how I can make up for it. I feel like my mind frame around eating and exercising has really changed. Also, the feeling of being in such good shape is amazing. I literally look at myself in the mirror and feel awesome. I liked that my coach was very attentive to my needs. At the beginning, she was more on the supportive side, but when I told her I wanted her to be more critical of what I was doing, she changed her feedback style, and it worked great. For me, what was most useful was the commitment and consistency aspect of it. I think I already had the knowledge necessary to get in shape, but Chrystal's feedback was great to keep me to it. Her telling me that I should have gotten more steps in or do one extra workout that I had planned but didn't really made me go through some of the slumps I had in my focus.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor. My tutor is really good and creative with her responses that allows me to challenge myself outside of the box to reach my goals. Changing this mindset on a daily basis with my tutor has inspired me to develop new and healthy habits in other areas of my life.

Adam and the team at MBT are top-notch! They genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. Personally, they helped me hone my diet so I could reach my goal of ~12% body fat. This is absolutely the best money you can spend, period. Every aspect of your life will be changed as a result of MBT. This program has no gimmicks or fast-moves. Here's what you get: daily, high-quality attention from your tutor who is as invested in your success as you are (maybe even more). You'll receive weekly emails from Adam / Haley with videos that go deep into mindset shifts. Don't ignore these emails - they are gold. They seemed to come exactly timed to the questions that arose in my journey - they are so valuable and so educational. With the help of my tutuor, I feel SO strong - physically, emotionally, and mentally: the belief my tutor had in me turned into my very own self-belief. I love being a part of MyBodyTutor! I was so skeptical to start the program. I have never been part of a program like this; this will be my first and last. I see so many mental changes within a month. Sole is amazing! She challenges me and also understands me. I love her guidance and coaching. I love this program a lot! It’s probably the best investment I made for myself. This was a risk I took and I am so glad it was all worth it. I am still working on myself. I lost 12 lbs in 2.5 months but above all, my mindset is so different about food and exercise than it was before I started the program.

I love the MyBodyTutor program! And I love my coach! It’s such a weight off my shoulders (pun?) to feel in control of my health instead of feeling like food is in control of me. I know this is a sustainable approach and that is such a relief for someone like me, who has been up and down on the scale their entire life and used food to cope with emotions since the beginning of time. I highly recommend it.

MBT has made a TREMENDOUS impact on my life. I've read, watched, and consumed boatloads of health and wellness content for years. I always knew what I should be doing, but implementing everything into practice was always my biggest obstacle. MBT absolutely changed that for me. My mindset on health, wellness, fitness, food, and structure has completely transformed for the better. Janeen (my coach) has been there for me every step of the way. To call her one of the most important people I've had in my life / worked with is an understatement. And as much as I've worked towards my goals during this MBT time and had whatever setbacks, I always knew Janeen was there as my safety net to course-correct me whenever needed. But I must be mentally strong enough to hold myself accountable and do this on my own, and I believe I now have the knowledge and tools (and confidence) to do so. And I hope I will not be emailing the MBT team again in a few months asking to return to the MBT program because I went off the rails, but instead be showing them how much more progress I've made towards my health and fitness goals that all started with my time with MBT. Can't thank the MBT team enough, and my god I'm glad I found you guys.

MyBodyTutor completely changed my relationship with food. Several areas of my life improved by working with them - from health to finances. I don't know what I was doing before MyBodyTutor, but I know how much better my life is after it.
