“My chicks came in perfect and alive and we received the exact breeds we asked for. We did have one of the jersey giants not make it after a couple of days but the rest of them are strong and healthy.”

We are thankful that you had such a good experience with your order but were sorry to read that you lost any of your babies! We do not see a report from you regarding your little ones as they were covered under our Safe Arrival Guarantee for 48 hours after their arrival. “My Pet Chicken has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They go out of their way to help with orders and even provided me with a direct POC for my shipment (was attempting to add additional chicks). 13 out of 14 chicks arrived healthy, one did not make it however it is to be expected with shipping risks, was refunded immediately for the one that passed. They also have chicks that are hard to find elsewhere with reasonable prices. Definitely will use My Pet Chicken again.”

“We are first time chicken owners and decided to get 4 orpington chicks (all different types) from My Pet Chickens. They arrived chirping and healthy still 3 weeks later. Growing so fast! We had an easy and good experience with this company. Fast shipping for us- shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday.”

“I had no problems with chicks I purchased a year or two ago, and was very happy when my four new girls arrived 2 1/2 weeks ago - varieties I requested, and appeared to be in good health. Unfortunately, one of the chicks died overnight after 3 days (the buff Orpington), and another chick (Jersey Giant) appears to have a yolk-sac infection. Is doing well, and receiving oral antibiotics - keeping my fingers crossed that she continues to do well and recovers. 4/5 only due to loss of chick, which when you think about what they go through when only a day old, it is pretty amazing they do as well as they do - Heidi”

“the ease of their website to navigate and ability to filter by an abundent amount of options is absolutely amazing to use. the shipping, box the chicks came in, and attention to detail from My Pet Chicken is better than most. but what really stands out to me. the customer service! i had one chick arrive DOA. they have multiple options of reaching out to report this. whether chat, email, online form or phone call. i chose the online form. and was replied back with a confirmation email imediately letting me know the process. then another follow up email the next morning which appeared to be from an actual person that confirmed the breed. i later discovered one of my chicks had a curled toe. i sent them an email this time. and shortly after got a response with not only their refund process, but also a personal touch email from Jennifer. she explained to me all about the "condition". how it happens, her background with it. and pictures/links and ways that you can help my chick with it. we "casted" the chicks feet with blue tape, and a week later- our chick is more mobile, standing up properly and seems to be overall great. i will be ordering from them again. and have already told multiple people about them!”

“Hands down GREAT customer service! We ordered 3 runner ducks, when they arrived unfortunately 2 had passed away. When I called my let chicken, they were wonderful! They sent me two more ducklings the following week, as well as gave me information on how to keep our single duck happy until his new companions arrived. We will order from them again in the future. “I’ve placed several orders with MPC now and have been extremely happy with each one. I had a few die in my last order and MPC was so easy to deal with. Their customer service was amazing and very responsive. I made a replacement order the next week and now I have 10 happy healthy chicks. I look forward to ordering more chicks in the future.”
