Orders of 12 eggs or fewer with a 25% or lower hatch rate qualify for a full complimentary reshipment. “We ordered a Buff Orp, Green Queen Easter Egger and Austrolorp from MPC. We had several occaisions to interact with MPC via their website, telephone and chat due, in large part, to our ignorance and excitement. We had lost two chicks in the prior weeks (to join our "flock" of 3 in our backyard) and cannot praise MPC enough for the patience with us and educational offerings through their website which helped us trust in getting chicks again. Our chicks arrived healthy (and vocal) at our post office and were packed neatly and caringly. Our chicks are healthy, and are to the breed standards outlined on their site. MPC has exceeded our expectations each step of the way and we now have three more chicks on order.”

“I was weary ordering live birds online, one-it was my first time, second-will they make the delivery trip? After trying to get chicks from my local farm stores, they were always sold out, i figured why not try it. Selecting the birds was super easy and going by hatch times made our planning at home easier as well. I had notifications their whole journey to NH and the post office called me immediately after arriving. We ended up losing a chick but i bought a couple extra in case that did happen, all the other chicks are THRIVING and have gotten so big! I have already recommended this company to a few friends and I myself, will go no where else for chicks!!”

“Ducks arrived very safe and healthy. I liked that the box was insulated and they had been given water even though it was gone. I would have given five stars except for mail notification needs improvement . I was expecting to receive them at home and they went to a post office an hour away without my knowledge. Also, need a better water reservoir than a stapled Dixie cup. Ducks are beautiful and what I ordered”

“I purchased 6 female baby chicks and they arrived fluffy, alert, and full of energy! I was worried about their trip with them being so young, but the customer service team assured me and guided me through the entire process. The Team was very educated, sweet and super helpful! My girls are growing so fast, and they are all getting along despite we have 4 different breeds. If we decide to have more girls in our flock, I will be sure to come back to My Pet Chicken! It was a great experience :)”

“I am pleased with the chicks I purchased this spring. My Pet Chicken made it easy to pair the type of bird I was looking for in my climate, and they have a lovely selection of beautiful varieties. “I’m so pleased with My Pet Chicken. I have been looking and waiting for a particular breed of goose for the last 2 years. I stumbled upon My Pet Chicken who happened to have them available. I ordered 2 males first. I was worried about them arriving in a timely manner and healthy since I live in CA. They arrived on the 3rd day and I of course was stressed they were not going to survive! But they are thriving! I since purchased 2 females that arrived next day from their ship date & they are beautiful and healthy! Thank you My Pet Chicken!”

“Well the eggs were several days late by mail. Not there fault. Not one hatched. I’ve hatched eggs before and have a great incubator. They seems to start seeping some very smelly stuff somehow. That’s why only a 3 star from me.”
