“This was my first experience in ordering the pullets via online. Needless to say, I was quite apprehensive about it with this online transaction. However, the staff at MPC were great and explained the process of shipment. The pullets arrived and they appeared to be healthy. I'm ordering more from MPC. It's difficult buying the pullets or chicks at a local feed store because they are sold out.”

“My Pet Chicken has been fabulous. We ordered and received 4 pullets from them. They arrived in great shape and are settling in great. We have ordered several products from them and been very pleased with the quality. We have also chatted with them on any concerns or questions we were having on integrating the pullets with the chicken we already have. So far so good! We are quite satisfied with their customer support and service.”

“Everything that I have ordered from this website including my chicks has been wonderful. The chicks arrived in fantastic condition, all three are currently thriving. They are beautiful and great egg layers. They were all purchased as females and I did not have any surprise Roos! Would highly recommend.”

“I've had 5 or 6 or 7 deliveries from My Pet Chicken. The pullets and chicks come to my home in Los Angeles in great condition. What's more, every communication I've had with MPC has been warm, personal and completely effective. They're committed to satisfaction. MPC is at the top the list along with Costco for companies that do their jobs so well I wish they were running the country.”

“Very pleased with my order of chickens and ducks. We did have 3 chicks that didn’t make it past the first couple of days, but expected some fallout unfortunately. Would recommend My Pet Chicken for to anyone and will be ordering from them again when it is time. Our large remaining flock is flourishing after 2 weeks. Thank you!”

“Up until this year I would have given them a 5+. This year we had a total of 11/30 chicks pass away in the first 6 days. Customer service was great and credited us for 6 but we were very disappointed. We are a very small nonprofit farm working with children, teens and adults with disabilities. This, although a life lesson, was distressing for our participants. We have years of experience with chicks and have never had more than 1-2 die.”

“MPC people must REALLY love their jobs. Their thorogh and prompt replies with chick concerns helped me as a first timer. The babies were handled and packed with care. Our birds are all healthy and strong. I'll never get birds anywhere else.”

“Love the customer service! Great job. Mix up at the post office, but you called and I picked them. The PO actually sent a postal person to my house the next day just to make sure everything was ok with the ladies. They were fine from traveling.”

“MPC has been wonderful throughout the whole process. I ordered 8 little ones, unfortunately 2 didn’t make it, which was a great loss. They were very weak on arrival and I felt horrible that I couldn’t help them. MPC support assured me that it wasn’t something I did. I had one that was thriving slowly their support provided suggestions to help her thrive. She’s doing better but still a lot smaller than the rest. Thanks for all your help. Estela”
