Up until this year I would have given them a 5+. This year we had a total of 11/30 chicks pass away in the first 6 days. Customer service was great and credited us for 6 but we were very disappointed. We are a very small nonprofit farm working with children, teens and adults with disabilities. This, although a life lesson, was distressing for our participants.
We have years of experience with chicks and have never had more than 1-2 die.
