“Delivery was prompt and it was well packed with plastic protectors on all corners. The quality of the product is excellent and will be ordering more for other projects around the property.”

“I had an online issue with shipping and Aimee went above and beyond to sort it for me. She was amazing to deal with. The order shipped fast and arrived in the ROI a few days later! We bought the walnut wood panel and it has exceeded our expectations. It’s top quality and has totally transformed our room. Highly highly recommend this company!”

“Beware of custom charges to Ireland. 2 x slats cost £251 custom charge was €75 ! Not naturewall’s fault product is good but if ordering from Ireland remember the custom charge will be approx 1/3 of the cost price”

Hi, Thank you for your kind feedback in terms of the product. We can appreciate that customs charges can be quite high for our customers outside the UK. We do automatically reduce the product cost by 20% for you to try and balance out any VAT import fees you will have to pay. “Great product. Very well made. East to install. Perhaps just give a bit more thoughts on the packaging. Fortunately I managed to keep all the dents and damages on the offcuts. Quite a few slats were damaged because of weak protection. Too much protection could be an environmental issue. But too little is no good either. Perhaps look into how swyht sofa package their stuff. Not a lot of packaging but well protected. Also have a few more staples on the slats will help, especially if they need to be cut to suit the sloping wall.”

“Really happy with the finished product. Completes the home office. Very easy to fix to a wall. A little awkward to cut to size, would be nice if they offered a "cut to size" option. But everything else was straight forward. Would buy from here again.”
