“Nailsea Electrical helped me out during the lockdown as my washing machine died - the were the only firm that would come out and remove the old machine and plumb in the new onw always being covid aware. I honestly would like to thank them incerely for their professional approach and friendly service Mrs F Benham,'Fishponds, Bristol.”

“Their price for my fridge/freezer was very competitive. I didn't need it immediately for the kitchen was being refitted, they were kind enough to hold it for 6-7 weeks and then deliver it at 1-2 days notice. Good customer service.”

“Staff were helpful, reacted quickly, delivered the goods in double quick time. Most importantly, the staff were knowledgeable when it came to knowing their products. Asked questions regarding my requirements and provided the right product for me. This really goes a long way. Goodbye currys hello Nailsea Electrical.”

“We recently needed a new freezer urgently and were recommended to visit Nailsea Electrical. Upon our visit we were warmly welcomed and shown a number of units that would fulfill our needs including an Hotpoint Fride/Freezer unit which we chose. The item was promptly delivered but found to have a small problem. Upon reporting this a visit from the local Hotpoint Engineer was immediately arranged which solved the trouble promptly. well done Nailsea Electrical, we will not hesitate to visit in the future.”

“We purchase a large Siemens fridge/freezer and before that a cooking Range (last year), both better priced that Comet /pc world etc. Service was great on both occasions, pleasant knowleagable staff, quick efficient delivery. Really could'nt be faulted Great to support a local retailer as well”
