“I found the staff extremely helpful and efficient. Delivery and installation was fast and professional. However, I have since had a fault with the door . A bubble has appeared on the edge of the door and I am still awaiting a replacement door.”

“I was very pleased with the service & the product. I ordered a fridge freezer by phone, we discussed the best option & alternatives. They delivered on time, removed the old fridge freezer & took away, the new one was fitted & although they struggled with getting the height adjustment exactly right, they didn't give up & were friendly & efficient throughout. They were also very covid 19 aware and made sure they kept a safe distance.”

“We had a fault with our washing machine and we were under warrantee so Nailsea Electrical honoured it and sent out a man to look at it and then replaced it free of charge within days. Very impressed so would recommend.”
