“We received excellent customer service throughout. Very good advice on the best appliances to suit our needs, followed up by timely delivery. Our delivery was due right at the point of the first national lockdown, which caused confusion all round. It is the measure of a company that when things don’t go to plan they work even harder to ensure a positive customer experience. We were very grateful for their professionalism. I cannot recommend Nailsea Electrical highly enough.”
