When I added a honest review on another website, they responded with ‘Please contact us, this is not the kind of service we expect’. I did contact them, and there was no response. So that was a completely empty response, and in fact terrible service in breach of statutory rights is EXACTLY what you can expect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
“WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD! Ordered a $200 coat that was SO CHEAP, tried to return and provided proof of receipt and tracking # but because the package is coming from the US and can only be tracked so far/they claim they still haven't "received it" they wont issue a refund. I inquired about this over a month after the return was sent after checking the tracking # seeing it clearly was lost. The customer service was less than helpful, one agent told me I would get an email with a refund. Another told me to file a claim with the USPS continuing to copy and paste their return policy. I clearly sent the item back. The quality is terrible, they have zero loyalty to their customers, and honestly didn't feel like they wanted to help in anyway. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!”

Happy with the delivery and packaging, but mortified to find out (after taking off the tags and wearing to a wedding) that the same dress can be purchased in China for less than £5, poor quality fabric and finishing. Disgustingly misleading website with insanely overpriced items.

“Ordered what looked like beautiful dresses.. when they arrived I didn’t even bother to open the packets; itv was very clear there are cheap drapey viscose type material that others have rightly said would do for £10 - £15 at primark. Look cheap.. seriously £79 for a made in China paper thin polyester/viscose dress with no substance .
