“Recently sent back items, only to be told one item is missing and didn’t get a refund for it. (All items were in the package) of course I’d thrown away my postage receipt (which I will never do again) they said they needed to check the weight and because I no longer have the receipt there is nothing they can do. So not only do I not have what I purchased (because THEY have it) I’m also down £50!!! And that’s it case closed they said sorry nothing we can do!! Not even a voucher instead of a return so I just lose my money.
I’m really disappointed. No customer service and absolute archaic return method. Your order number etc means nothing. Why they can’t update their system like most high-end companies to access a return?
If you ever purchase from this company then I suggest you take photograph proof of your items and keep your postage receipts for at least 1 month (because they clearly don’t have a system in place, and zero customer care)

When I added a honest review on another website, they responded with ‘Please contact us, this is not the kind of service we expect’. I did contact them, and there was no response. So that was a completely empty response, and in fact terrible service in breach of statutory rights is EXACTLY what you can expect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD! Ordered a $200 coat that was SO CHEAP, tried to return and provided proof of receipt and tracking # but because the package is coming from the US and can only be tracked so far/they claim they still haven't "received it" they wont issue a refund. I inquired about this over a month after the return was sent after checking the tracking # seeing it clearly was lost. The customer service was less than helpful, one agent told me I would get an email with a refund. Another told me to file a claim with the USPS continuing to copy and paste their return policy. I clearly sent the item back. The quality is terrible, they have zero loyalty to their customers, and honestly didn't feel like they wanted to help in anyway. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!”

“(Customer from the US) I have bought many of their dresses, I don’t know why I keep wasting my money on their overpriced clothing. The material is always so cheap and see through. Definitely not worth what they price their cheap Chinese clothes for. If you read many of their reviews online from other customers, it’s is always the same issue, quality, paper thin clothing. NFD needs to do better with their materials, use better quality materials, make it worth it, make your clothing actually last more than a couple of uses; isn’t that the intent of your company? SMH!”
“As others have said, NFD is BooHoo style clothes at Boden prices. I bought the new foil spot wrap dress and it didn’t look as nice as it did in their photos, in fact it looked quite cheap. The facing on the neckline wasn’t secured and kept riding up and would not lie flat - not ideal on a wrap dress, particularly one I had paid £90 for.
I contacted NFD on social media to ask if this was normal - perhaps I’d been sent a faulty dress - and received no response. So I returned it for a refund, and wrote about my disappointment on the returns slip. I’ve not heard anything from them but I have received my refund (I paid by Klarna as I’d heard NFD refunds are very slow).
I have since bought another NFD dress from ASOS in the sale (for a third of the RRP) and love it, but again there’s no way it was worth the RRP of £90!”
“Fast delivery but the quality of the skirt is terrible, completely sheer and unwearable. Their photos are misleading and customer service responses are unaccommodating. Having to pay for delivery and returns on a badly designed, advertised and photographed item that's poor quality is not acceptable. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere!”
“I have been buying clothes from Never Fully Dressed for over 12 years. Whenever I wear their one of a kind prints I feel amazing and receive compliments every single time. The versatile wrap skirts can also be worn as tops and dresses and right now I have a few with me on holiday that I am wearing as beach cover ups. As a curvy girl I love the fact that they produce clothes for women of all sizes and their Instagram page has videos which show you fun ways to style each garment. The customer service is always excellent and every week I instinctively find my self typing "NFD" into Google to see what newness I could be missing out on!”

Happy with the delivery and packaging, but mortified to find out (after taking off the tags and wearing to a wedding) that the same dress can be purchased in China for less than £5, poor quality fabric and finishing. Disgustingly misleading website with insanely overpriced items.

“I ordered the Vienna gold short sleeve dress. I am 5'4, 130 lbs 28 inch waist. ordered the medium, which fit....LIKE A ROBE. So in Canadian dollars i paid $165 to have a dress my sister and husband laughed at when they saw it on me. It if fit, but the construction of the dress and fabric are poor. it really looked like a robe. For 40 bucks i would have returned it as well. Looks cheap. not worth it.”

“I have never wrote a review for a company in my life but this experience has been horrible . If you live in the us or anywhere out of London I will tell you right now not to buy anything from this company . I’m recently stuck with a product I don’t want and I paid over 100 for it . The company offers free return from dhl so when I went to dhl to return a product I was told that they don’t have enough information from the label to accept the return . They need an account number from the company and a invoice number . This is just crazy I have return with so many other companies and this has never happened before . I reached out to the company in hopes they can easily give me this information. They keep telling me dhl will come pick up the item they just need to confirm with them it been 7 days and there isn’t even a solution yet . They keep giving me the run about regarding the issue . I repeat don’t buy from the company they don’t care about your experience with them . Instead of offering a free return due to this being their mistake they are not helping me at all .”

“I just received the Red Bahamas Wrap Dress and while I love the cut, the style I like it best tied in is not actually wearable without pants underneath. If you so much as side step there is nothing left to the imagination! The dress isn’t even close to the colour shown in the photos. The actual colour is more pinky orange than red and when I sent photos to customer service they responded by telling me there were no other complaints about the colour and instructions on how to return the article without any acknowledgement of the photos. No free returns and like other people who have commented, be mindful of the return instructions.”
