“Recently sent back items, only to be told one item is missing and didn’t get a refund for it. (All items were in the package) of course I’d thrown away my postage receipt (which I will never do again) they said they needed to check the weight and because I no longer have the receipt there is nothing they can do. So not only do I not have what I purchased (because THEY have it) I’m also down £50!!! And that’s it case closed they said sorry nothing we can do!! Not even a voucher instead of a return so I just lose my money.
I’m really disappointed. No customer service and absolute archaic return method. Your order number etc means nothing. Why they can’t update their system like most high-end companies to access a return?
If you ever purchase from this company then I suggest you take photograph proof of your items and keep your postage receipts for at least 1 month (because they clearly don’t have a system in place, and zero customer care)

“I have never wrote a review for a company in my life but this experience has been horrible . If you live in the us or anywhere out of London I will tell you right now not to buy anything from this company . I’m recently stuck with a product I don’t want and I paid over 100 for it . The company offers free return from dhl so when I went to dhl to return a product I was told that they don’t have enough information from the label to accept the return . They need an account number from the company and a invoice number . This is just crazy I have return with so many other companies and this has never happened before . I reached out to the company in hopes they can easily give me this information. They keep telling me dhl will come pick up the item they just need to confirm with them it been 7 days and there isn’t even a solution yet . They keep giving me the run about regarding the issue . I repeat don’t buy from the company they don’t care about your experience with them . Instead of offering a free return due to this being their mistake they are not helping me at all .”
“Way overpriced, cheap quality and pictures don’t look like goods....charging Boden prices for Primark quality......insult to injury you’re expected to pay return postage as they say they’re a small company snd can’t afford it!!?? If the quality of goods match the prices they charged they wouldn’t have returns......avoid!!!!”
“Terrible company don’t buy anything from them I bought 2 dresses for £108 and tried them on that was it all tags and labels still on. I returned them due to size and quality issues paying my own postage, for them to be returned back to me saying showing signs of wear...yeah from trying on. They have kept my money.”
“From the start very poor communications skills (who wants to be called "hun" by the company you are buying from?!) and miscommunications. From a very cheap price point I did not expect much but NFD has actually managed to be worse than I thought. Upon buying a skirt I was sent the wrong size (after delivery took ages) and once I tried to exchange this the whole mess just grew bigger as no replies were given by their Returns team after a week of chasing.
In the end, not only was I waiting over a week to hear their incorrect item had been delivered back to them but I had to chase many people to try and see if the size I bought had been sent over, only to find out they had a "problem with this sizes batch" and wouldn't be able to do the exchange.
Now, I can only hope that they actually refund my purchase (checking statements non-stop) and this nightmare will be over. Very unprofessional and an overall mad experience that I just want to be done with.”
