We were set on Bifold doors until our builder told us about your product, we are so glad he did. They look & do everything that we were told they would, from ordering to completion everything was so easy. We had to delay our original fitting date as our builder Rob had delays sourcing some materials, but we informed New Wave & they worked around us & we had a new date that was just right for our schedule. “I ordered three sets of doors from New Wave back in July for my own house and now that I have had them for nearly 4 months I can say that these doors are phenomenal, I have used them so much since they were installed and I must be honest I wasn’t expecting them to be this much better than bi-folds but I have never been so glad to have been proven wrong, keep up the great work guys your product is outstanding!”

“New wave doors is a very professional team right from sales, delivery and to after-sales. We are a bit of a perfectionist and the team accommodated our ask till the last moment. In fact, after 3 months of installation, they are sending me a black door handle which was not in the original order and we wanted it to match with another door. Usually, installation is 5-6 weeks but looking at my urgency team arranged for installation at the end of the 4th week itself without costing me anything.
Regarding doors, you will never go wrong with the quality, security and other promises new wave door makes in their advert. It is a kind of surprise always and people wonder why they didn't go for it. The special feature that you can use individual panels for opening is unique and not many have it [unless they used Wavedoor].
On the installation day you will find a Van with two technicians who know exactly what they are doing. As long as your measurement [which is really straightforward] is right, you don't have to worry a bit

“We paid a £250 deposit, then customer service would only progress order if speaking to our builder first or they wanted us to take full responsibility by putting in writing that we are happy to progress without discussion with builder, our builder would of course not take any responsibility for a new wave product or installation which had nothing to do with him. We then cancelled the order and requested our deposit back as we had done nothing wrong, Clare Warren (operations manager) would originally only deal with us by phone, I requested email communication only as she was changing her story. Clare refused to refund deposit and stated they should be charging us more, Zoe (original contact at new wave) agreed in an email that we should receive the refund but Clare still wouldn’t provide refund. It’s a shame we couldn’t deal with Zoe once order was placed as she was excellent, Clare treated us like liars and changed her story to support keeping our £250. My advice would be not to use this company because of Clare and how customer service deal with you which is totally confusing and they take no responsibility!”
“We are absolutely delighted with our New Wave doors. They look fantastic and work beautifully and add a real elegance to our living space. The service the team provided was exceptional: Ours was not an easy installation with lots of hiccups along the way due to the fact that our builder did a bad job at making the aperture for the doors. The team in the office were incredibly accommodating and helpful and were determined to get our doors fitted and functioning. They communicated with us by phone and email regularly until the issues we had with our builders were resolved. The installers were kind, friendly and very competent and resolved the technical issues we had. We will be using New Wave when we build our extension and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for quality of product and service.”

We had Panoramic doors system installed in 2017, and they do not come back to you ref support at all.
I have since seen New Wave Doors product which it transpires a lot of competitors try and imitate but none the less they have helped us in lightening quick speed and service to rectify our issue as best they can on a competitors product!

“I’m well impressed with these slide and swing doors, they are 4.8M wide with 5 panels in anthracite they have a good contemporary solid modern look they look awesome and easy to operate, strong robust design, I’ve seen a few bi-folds and think they are too fiddly and cumbersome,

“Sent the below to NWD in January 2022 and still no response !
This was sent in response to asking for help filling out the form for the aperture sizes. In hindsight I should have been Suspicious of a company who expects you to measure up. I am converting a property and all other companies who have fitted doors and windows took the time to visit the site and complete measurements- not expect me to do it!
The email I sent :
“Not sure who to contact as no email for customer services.
I have spoken to James DS re the form required. He was really short with me and when I asked for help with the form, it was clear from his tone that I was putting him out. He referred me to another form which explained, however I said I probably would not understand. He did help with a few bits but told me to speak to my builder!
Unacceptable really considering I was spending £12500. And you don’t even come out to survey .
So I’ve decided not to use New Wave and would respectfully request you refund the £250 deposit I have paid”.
Never heard another thing. After chasing , Zoe from sales team she said it had been sent to accounts but I’ve never heard back!
I wouldn’t recommend new wave doors- their sales team are great - of course they would be but after sales - awful.”
“Love the look of these doors. Customer service is great until you have a problem and they dont want to know unless you pay 300 pounds for them to even look 10 year guarantee worthless. These doors cost a lot of money a bifold door that wont open is just a glass wall. I would not recommend this company purely because of there utterly terrible aftercare service. Well to be honest its non existent.
Even thinking of confronting them at one of the shows they are attending only way to see a human or speak to them. All Done via email. Not Good Enough New Wave.”
“Claire and the team have gone above and beyond to assist with sourcing of some replacement brackets for our Newwave doors. The doors were fitted many years before we bought the house by a local company. I can say that Newwave doors stand by their product over time and throughout the supply chain to the end user. Personally, I would not hesitate to buy their products in the future if the need arose as I feel that end product support is key with a purchase of this value.”
