“I am very pleased with the product. However, my only concern is that I was unable to return an item. In my case, I ordered a pair of gymastics shoes and they were too small so I then ordered the next size up. This now leaves me with a pair of $117.00 shoes that I cannot use because once I slipped them on I knew they were too small. According to the return policy notes, "All products being returned must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. NISHOHI reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable." I obviously had to open the package to try on the shoes which rendered them unreturnable. (Seems a bit unreasonable since they were on my feet only long enough to determine they were not going to work for me.) Other than that, I am really pleased with my gymnastics shoes.”

“Nishohi is one of the best website to purchase Japanese branded table tennis equipment. The products are offered at very good value! The courier service was too long given that Fedex is only meant to take 2 days. Otherwise I am happy with the goods received, they were neatly packed.”

“I ordered a judogi from Nishohi. The judogi manufacturer do not ship to my country. Never the less, the price was equal in Nishohi and they delivered it straight to my door. They answered a question I had regarding the delivery without delay. The product was well packeged and I am pleased with its quality. I would defently order from them again for japanese products.”
