Dear Piera, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we completely understand your frustration. However, as stated on every product page, during checkout, and again in the order confirmation email, import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your country’s customs office and are unfortunately beyond our control. We always strive to be as transparent and upfront as possible about these costs, and we’re truly sorry that this still resulted in a disappointing experience for you. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re here to help.

“The Karate Ki is crisp white and beautiful cotton material. The sleeves are perfect (half length as required for Kata practice). Pants are a bit long for me (I ordered a size up when I'm in between sizes 2 and 3). Hopefully it will shrink a little after washing. I'm very happy with this purchase My classmates all wanted me to order a set for them :-)”
