“Ordering is easyJet, delivery is faster and when you contact the costumer service they answer polite. The only thing is the extra costs. You pay not only for the delivery service ( DHL) but also import duties. Equipment could be very expensive for some”

“On 06/29/2025 I ordered a product for $398, today it was already 07/12/2025 I did not receive the parcel, although on 07/01 I should have received it. When I ordered the product, I chose the FedEx delivery company, but the store was sent to me by UPS. I turned to 6 UPS points with a request for information about where my parcel is located, I did not receive an answer, they only recommend waiting. The store is not going to help, they got the money and that's it, they are not interested in anything else.”
